Our secluded 8 acre property with a rec room, sauna, hot tub, open lawn and overnight accommodations is perfect for your small wedding, family reunion or retreat.
Cost for Using Full Facility for An Event: $850 in addition to your nightly rate. Call for a package price deal.
Amenities For Your Event
- 7- 5 foot round tables
- 6 person hot tub and six person steam sauna available upon request for an additional price per night.
- Access to the kitchen for use for party prep including fridge space for food storage. Please note: food is not provided for big groups.
- Main House rental with 6 rooms includes 6 bathrooms for privacy.

Large Group Policies
For weddings or parties there is a 24% cancellation fee.
For big groups there’s a $1000 refundable damage deposit due 15 days before you arrive. Damage deposits are refunded within 10 days. Upon putting down your deposit you agree that if there are damages that it will automatically be taken out of the damage deposit, and the remaining balance will be transferred back to your credit card within 10 days.
If you hold a party or an event without prior written permission there is an automatic $1500 party fee that you agree to be charged to your credit card on file.
